Really?!

Dear Dr. Who Used to Employ Me,

Do you really think your cheap marketing pieces you send out are a good return on investment?  I know how much they cost and how much (in reality, how little) you profited off them.  Why are you sending them out?  And, most importantly why do you think I would come to your office when you treated me the way you did my last few weeks there and then proceeded to lay me off while I was in the hospital?  You are an idiot and I can't freaking stand you.  Please go away and forget I ever existed.
