Thanks a lot feminists...

Because of you, I sit here at work, missing my daughter.  Don't get me wrong.  I am quite grateful for having a job.  I am quite grateful that I have not been unemployed for an uncomfortable amount of time (financially) - and that finding a job came somewhat easy.  But, it's because of you that I have to come to work. (Well, you and inflation.)

Lately, I miss my little girl.  A whole lot.  I want to be at home with her, being Suzy Homemaker.  We are going to work on her costume and a blankie for a little baby at her daycare this evening and I wish I were home right now, taking Ava's measurements and planning it out with her.  I miss seeing her smiling little face look up at me as we do stuff around the house.  I even enjoy cleaning the house more with her around.  (I enjoy cleaning anyway, but whatever.)  She is a good kid.  She is a sweet kid.  And, today, I am missing her like crazy.  I love you, Ava Marie.  So much more than you will ever fathom.

Come on. Really? You can vote because of feminism. Because women can work, there are more products on the market for women. I don't need a husband to rent my place. We can go to schools alongside men, not under them.
I understand missing Ava, but don't knock feminism because it's done alot more good than not for women.
