YOU LOSE WEIGHT!

Since Sunday, I've lost 1.6 pounds.
IT'S WORKING! And, you know...I haven't felt deprived AT ALL. I try to eat healthy foods, so they are lower in calories, but I can consume more, and I haven't felt hungry other than times I should (i.e. waking up first thing in the morning). Plus, I FEEL GREAT!
Guess those scientists knew what they were talking about, after all!
