Why is it...

…that when you start a “diet” or try to start eating less/eating healthier, ALL (and I mean ALL) you can think about is food?
Seriously, as I am finishing my last bite I start thinking about my next meal.  And, carbs.  I think about carbs a lot.  Oh, and cheese.  Glorious cheese.
Damn it.  Now I want cheesy bread.  Crap.
