I love food (as detailed by the size of my pants). I love dips like guacamole. What I don't love? People who say "guac". Or, that certain FOODS are trendy...like cupcakes. What's the big deal? Why is everyone so gaga over a cupcake?
And, on that note...why isn't hashbrown casserole ever trendy? I'd like to see more of that out there as the norm.

Do you have a good hashbrown casserole? I need a good one! :)
Oh, I have an AMAZING (and simple) one!!!
1 bag of hashbrowns (the ones with peppers and onions are really good)
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 8oz container of sour cream
1 stick of butter - melted
Mix all together in a 8x10 baking dish and cook on 350 for about 45 minutes (or until no longer soupy)
