I really need to cut it out.



I am eating crap.  My stomach feels fine, though.  Still I can FEEL myself getting fatter from it.  And, I know it's just going to make the next flare that much worse.  Why am I doing this?!  WHY?!?!?!

Help me.

Ugh I am in the same boat! I have started adding Cayenne pepper to most every meat I cook though (Chicken, pork chops, steaks, etc.)!!! Dr. Oz said it's a great way to lose calories and build metabolism. Well let me tell you that so far, what it's done for me is wear a path to the bathroom! LOL!!! I think it must be a "colon cleanse" type of spice. ;-P But hey, I guess that the more you do that, the more you lose right? IDK.
