My heart breaks today...

I found out last night that a friend has endured a tragedy.  When I was pregnant with The Girl, I joined a website that had a baby board.  I have met and become friends with some of these women and they mean very much to me.  One of the ladies, Stephanie has four children, her youngest being The Girl's age.  I found out that on Thursday night, one of her sons took his own life.  Stephanie, my heart is breaking for you.  I can't even fathom what you are feeling.  I love you, Momma.  Rhael is smiling down from heaven on you and your family right now.  I am keeping you in my prayers...
